¨ In today’s fast moving business environment it is not sufficient for executives to rely on traditional planning methods that include budget planning and forecasting. They must engage in strategic planning that clearly defines objectives and looks within and beyond the organization to formulate strategy. These strategic plans must be constantly reviewed and adjusted to the changing marketplace.

¨ This workshop enables participants to understand the development of strategic management and how this leads to competitive advantage. It helps individuals to identify their preferred leadership style and shows how they can adapt this to lead more effectively and achieve better results.
