Peter Howard
With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, Peter Howard is well aware of the need for effective Influence and Leadership, delivering his message with refreshing honesty, relevance and humour.
As the Managing Director of a successful business consultancy with a background including mergers, acquisitions and major project management his knowledge of corporate politics, leadership styles and the need to build support and mobilise commitment is relevant to anyone - whether they are seeking to drive change, climb the corporate ladder or simply be more effective.
Today, Peter works globally with many multi-national companies in the field of Strategic Alignment - the healthy alignment of strategy, people and skills. His impartial input and wisdom are known to add value as companies move forward through change, including diversification, mergers, IT implementation, cultural evolution and process improvements of many kinds.
Having led major change programs, some with budgets of over $20M dollars, Peter has many hours experience leading boards, senior executives, project teams and other varied groups through the processes necessary to reach quality outcomes, intelligent decisions and extraordinary results.
Peter's many clients include public, private and government organisations, such as Hewlett Packard, DHL, OneSteel, AGL, BP, Philips, The Australian Federal Police, ICI, Standard & Poors, Unilever Rexona, Brickworks and BT Financial Group. |
