  About the Course

“This course could be one of the most important programs you attend in your professional career”

A bold statement? But we believe it.

In the modern working environment the professional skills of assertive communication, confidence and composure under pressure are essential for success.

Your ability to communicate your ideas, get your point across, lead your teams or simply maintain professional credibility can mean the difference between success and failure.

Competition is fierce in the business world and if you can have more and better professional tools, know how and when to use them, you will enhance both your career satisfaction and prospects.

That is precisely what this interactive course is designed to do.

Take away the tools needed to improve performance in areas of: self belief; self-confidence; communicating; business language; listening; questioning; dealing with difficult people; influence; persuasion; professional presence; personal power; and more.

The focus of this course is on practical outcomes rather than academic learning. It includes self-evaluation, group discussion, practical activities, practise techniques, checklists and action plans designed to facilitate change-oriented learning.

Why this course is unique

  • Quite simply this is the only program of its kind that has been specifically designed to focus not only on how to become more assertive at work, but also how to develop the key levels of confidence to apply your assertiveness in practice (many courses mistakenly don’t address this issue!).

  • By investing 2 days in this program you will see yourself becoming a more assertive communicator while boosting your personal confidence levels.

  • The goal is to equip you with skills that will make a profound difference in your professional life

  • All participants are invited to practice key skills learnt by attending the free networking breakfast at 7:30am on Day 2 of the course

Who Should Attend
Any business professional who wishes to enhance their personal profile, improve their assertiveness skills, becoming more confident and effective in their interactions with those they work with at all levels of the organisation.
