Objectives

This training course explores the nature and benefits of innovative and collaborative teams. Increasingly, companies see innovation and collaboration as a key source of competitive advantage, with benefits for motivation and engagement and developing talent, as well as team and organizational performance. However, achieving these benefits places new demands on Control & Inspection Work, and requires new skills. This training course will feature:

Training Methodology

In this training course, participants will gain greater understanding of the subject matter through presentations by an experienced international practitioner designed to both inform and broaden the perspectives of the participants. Case studies will be reviewed and discussed bearing in mind some of the realistic scenarios participants have encountered. Interactive discussions on problems and possible solutions will be encouraged.
