| Project management practices and safety techniques used by construction supervisors to manage people, resources and safety at the construction site. Writing, behavior styles, motivation, listening styles, communication barriers, coaching, time management and meeting skills are stressed. The supervisor's responsibility to recognize and abate hazards and to provide job instructional training to correct all safety hazards. If the student attends all sessions and completes the safety activities they will earn the OSHA 30 hour Construction Safety Certificate.
Construction site Safety management mainly involves the rational layout of site facilities, optimum usage of space and dynamic Safety procedures management of plants. It directly influences security, machine running, material supply and power distribution, as well as construction progress and cost. This course outlines how the construction sites will be managed and supervised. HSE construction Site Management is defined as the "proper management of construction activities to preserve living and non‐living elements of the ecological, environmental, aesthetic, and social landscape.”
